Weekly Meditation Classes – Sunday 5 – 6 p.m.
Pause and step into our calm space. Our best intentions to keep our mindfulness practice often goes awry as time escapes us. However, when we commit ourselves to a regular weekly practice we will find that it is easier to be motivated when we are doing the practice with others. The Sunday evening group is suitable for those who would like to be introduced to the practice of mindfulness as well as those who wish to ignite their practice. The hour meditation will commence with a short talk, a guided meditation and a silent sitting meditation. It would be lovely to meet you here.
