I would ask you, how hard was it for you when you started weight training or running on the treadmill or a yoga practice.
I would imagine most of you would have experienced physical discomfort, a sense of extending beyond your comfort level – the unknown, a understandable requirement to commit to this new practice.
A practice of mindfulness requires the same. With regular practice comes ease of use of your “mindfulness muscles”.
A chair, a cushion, any place you feel comfortable really is a good place to start.
